CHICAGO -- Want to learn some baseball tips from the pros? Cubs shortstop Ryan Theriot and pitcher Rich Hill will provide insight during a baseball camp on April 28 for kids ages 7-14.
The two Cubs will lead the Big League Baseball Camp at the Max-McCook Athletic & Exposition Center in McCook, Ill. The camp will be held in two sessions, beginning at 6 p.m. CT for ages 7-10, and then at 7:30 p.m. CT for ages 11-14.
The camp will focus on the general fundamentals of hitting, fielding, and pitching.
The Max-McCook Athletic & Exposition center is 85,000 square feet of open field turf, and there are batting cages for players to work on hitting.
